No requirements beyond those listed in pre-licensure distance education:
- Use of clinical facilities in another state or jurisdiction requires written notification to that jurisdiction's Board of Nursing. Likewise, out of state schools requesting use of clinical facilities in Delaware will notify the Board prior to utilization.
- Out of state programs wishing to provide clinical experiences in Delaware must submit the following: proof of approval and/or accreditation in the home state, copies of written agreements with facilities, program requirements for clinical faculty and preceptors, list of names and assigned sites for clinical faculty and preceptors, and copies of current Delaware (or other compact state) licensure for clinical faculty and preceptors.

Licensure: Clinical faculty and preceptors must be licensed in Delaware. Didactic faculty must be licensed in Delaware or have a compact license and meet requirements in the state where the program is approved and/or accredited.
