- Non Traditional LPN to ADN Nursing Programs (those without clinical practice experiences) are recognized in Washington State. The student is required to obtain 200 hours of supervised clinical experience.
- In-state programs wishing to establish a distance education program must ensure that faculty and curriculum standards for the distance program are equal to those of the physical campus, and must coordinate annual reports and site surveys with the main campus administration.
- Out of State Nursing Programs with Practice/Clinical Experiences must apply for approval to both the Nursing Commission as well as the Washington Student Achievement Council. Review the procedure and application.
