    The NCLEX-RN Test Plan provides a concise summary of the content and scope of the licensing exam. It serves as a guide for exam development as well as candidate preparation. The 2016 NCLEX-RN test plans, English and French versions, are now available and will take effect April 2016.

    The 2014 RN Practice Analysis is now available for review. The report contains an analysis of entry-level practice in both the U.S. and Canada. Overall, the findings reflect the continued congruency of entry-level nursing practice in the U.S. and Canada and support the use of the NCLEX for licensure/registration decisions in both countries.
