    Pour promouvoir ces objectifs, le NCSBN se réserve le droit d’annuler ou de retenir des résultats d’examens si, à son avis : une irrégularité relative à l’examen se produit; on observe une divergence ou une falsification apparente dans l’identification d’une candidate ou d’un candidat qui fait l’examen; la candidate ou le candidat qui fait l’examen se conduit de façon répréhensible ou anormale, ne respecte pas les règles auxquelles elle ou il est soumis(e), ou enfreint l’entente de confidentialité; ou les résultats sont jugés non valides pour toute autre raison, malgré l’absence de preuves d’activités non conformes de la part de la candidate ou du candidat.
