Candidates continue to do well on the clinical judgment aspect of the exam and actually do better on the clinical judgment scenarios and items when compared to the content area items. Take this together with the fact that entry level nurses are telling us that the measurement of clinical judgment on the exam has a strong correspondence to expectations during their daily practice.
