    Unanticipated Challenges • Other states responded to licensure during the pandemic in various ways – Created confusion across the US for nurses and employers • MANY inquiries impacted the Board’s Information Center and staff – Some states gave temporary permits to practice – One state gave a “license” to new grads who had not taken NCLEX • These new grads are now trying to endorse into DE without having taken the NCLEX – They are not eligible to be licensed in DE by endorsement Questions?
