Microphone number five. - Sorry, I just wanted to kind of get up and rebut what my colleague from the Philippines said, just in that I hear that as well. I hear the, "But they have to take the NCLEX if they can take the NCLEX." The NCLEX is not, has never been, is not meant to be a measure of English language proficiency. That is not the purpose of the NCLEX. Those elements, as Karen said, are not all measured in the NCLEX.     If a program has a good evaluation plan or using it regularly and making changes based on that plan, then they'll have the quality improvements. And number 10, institutional support of the nursing program is the quality, but if they lack that kind of support and lack the leadership, that's a red flag. Number 11, consistently has a pattern of NCLEX pass rates that set the standard. So, two flags.
