Example: a nurse with primary state of residence in Idaho who holds a single state license due to ineligibility for a multistate license may be issued a single state license in another party state, subject to state licensure requirements. 3. A licensee may elect not to apply for a multistate license in the primary state of residence. Example A: a nurse with primary state of residence in Arkansas has an encumbered single state license, upon completion of conditions, may elect to maintain the single state license. Example B: a nurse with primary state of residence in Florida, held a single state license in Florida upon implementation of the NLC, may elect to maintain the single state license.

    And she was working out of...maybe I shouldn't say the state, but it was a call center in a state that provided healthcare advice I guess all over the nation. I don't know what kind of advice. And I remember I was just astounded and we took action. There was an issue and we took action on her license in Arkansas. And you know what happened in those days. The dominoes started to fall. Every state just started... Once we took action, every state started taking action. And so what most of the states wanted for me was they wanted our findings of fact and conclusions of law.
