An average of 89% of all nurses who maintain licensure are employed in nursing with roughly 70% working full-time. Hospitals and nursing/extended care facilities continue to be the primary practice setting for RNs and LPNs, respectively. Because you'll see in the key takeaways that one of the real, I think, benefits of this type of a study is it does provide a bit of a roadmap for how you can think about implementing these types of steps at the board. So, we wanted to give you some sense of how we went about tracking this data, remembering, of course, that essentially, we were asking the personnel at each of these 10 participating boards to use these resources.
