Other information that is stored for each nurse includes their personal data, nurse licensure information, education history, current and past addresses, and if there are any known aliases that have been reported by boards. Member boards can also view any discipline cases that have been reported, as well as view and track nurse verifications. The NCLEX Registration Data tab contains personal data provided by the nurse when he or she registered to take the NCLEX. The USPS Data tab validates address formats and provides a forwarding address, if applicable. The APRN National Certifications tab provides details of the certification for APRN licensees.

That is fundamental, so there's nothing automatic. So my point about this is there are states who have had discipline issues in the past that required an individual to retake the NCLEX. That is what we call a special case.

The Chair indicated that the motion was adopted. 248 249 Next Generation NCLEX Examination 250 The Chair then recognized NCLEX Committee Chair Betsy Houchen who referred the delegates 251 to page 165 of the Business Book. On behalf of the NCLEX Examination Committee, Betsy 252 Houchen moved that the delegate assembly approve the Next Generation NCLEX test design and 253 polytomous scoring methods.
