Committed to nursing and protecting the public through professional practice, regulation, education, and innovation, Victoria Record has served the New York State Board of Nursing and NCSBN for more than 15 years. A member of the inaugural graduating class of the ICRS Certificate Program, she also served on the ICRS Advisory Board and the NCLEX Item Review Subcommittee. She promotes the importance of participation in NCSBN at the New York State Board and has worked diligently to raise awareness of the resources NCSBN provides to all nurses. As a founding dean of the College of Health Sciences, Victoria developed an associate degree in applied science nursing to help meet the health care needs of a rural community.
