As a quick recap, fairness in the exam means the candidates are given an equal and fair chance to perform on exam, regardless of the differences and factors irrelevant to the nursing practice. And we want our exam results to make distinctions between people based on the knowledge, skills and ability in the nursing profession alone and nothing else.
