    Jan asked a very important question during NEC, are we measuring what we need to measure? Critical thinking, clinical judgment. Yes, we're measuring it, but could we do it better? And so, thank you, Jan, for taking us down this road. And now we're about to have the NGN I guess we can say birthed next year, correct? So, the NEC has worked extremely hard this year on meeting the charges set before us. So, Linda, I will get to that, if not, please add it back in, related to testing from home and research. Okay? This is a topic that I'm probably getting ready to say take a journey with us again. It's not NGN. Wait. Here we go. It's not NGN, but the pandemic has caused all of us to look at many things in terms of how we're doing business and the struggles at many testing companies to ensure that they were able to test their people, their candidates, their stakeholders, resulted in some decisions that quite frankly have worried me.
