In anticipation of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing National Simulation Study results, a descriptive survey was conducted to document the current regulatory environment on simulation and serve as a benchmark for future regulatory comparisons. This article reports the results of the survey.

But the essence of that is that the reason why professionals are in the practice of whatever the activity is, is because you have a baseline of training and education and you use that baseline of training and education and you're constantly applying your professional judgment to situations as they appear to you.
