But when we start talking about regulation, the regulation of practice of nursing, and protection of the public, and licensing, and discipline, and those things, we have more in common than we do differently. And just as we learn in these meetings at midyear, that, you know, somebody in Arkansas does something that would really help me and, you know, I'll borrow that. For those of, that are new, you know, we never reinvent the wheel, we borrow from each other all the time. And that is the case when we look at sharing with other countries of their regulatory journey because there is always things that we can learn and improve, and there are more, you know, similarities than differences.

For the mobile workforce after Katrina became apparent that we needed a way for people to work from anywhere, any location. After Katrina, we had people displaced all over the southern United States, anywhere from Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas. We had people everywhere. For cloud infrastructure, we wanted to put up our website in our email. And this would allow us to continue to communicate with each other as well as the public and the nurses. And for disaster recovery business continuity, it's about restoring our critical services and really having the backups that would allow us to do so.
