The committee discussed how updating these resources should also be included within the work they were completing.

Certainly, the funding from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, without which I couldn't have done the study. As some background, nurses endure a lot of occupational stress and burnout. The pandemic just made all of that even worse, and these factors can increase the risk of substance use disorders among nurses.
