I mean, you heard from Missouri, they do a great job of surveying nurses during licensure or the re- licensure process. That doesn't happen everywhere. A few states have mandated that type of survey, but many of them have not. And, of course, NCSBN also would have information on nurses. Of course, everybody had to take the NCLEX at one point and hopefully, the respective states are submitting data through Nursys. But then we have federal government data and a lot of people rely on these data. You've heard through presentations today and numerous times the American Community Survey, that's the U.S.

And from the school's perspective, traditional clinical experiences are quite affordable. But there are some costs that are shared by other entities for that experience to take place. So we started with program selection. We asked all of the programs in Washington State who were eligible, who met some certain criteria in terms of NCLEX pass scores, and being approved by the board to volunteer, to be part of the study. Fifteen programs raised their hand, and said that they would be willing to do it. ©2024 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. We also use the system that we can block a verification. So if some of you have really difficult due process and service requirements, how you have to serve someone for a notice of a hearing, it may help you find a nurse. And again, just a reminder that a record starts when the nurse registers for NCLEX, they're assigned that NCSBN ID number. And then that NCSBN ID number is what, you know, works through Nursys, who have the record for the individual and follows them. And so I'm excited about it. And again, I just urge you 100% participation and the value of that.
