Keep in mind that many schools have multiple campus locations and may use the main campus address on a transcript instead of the campus location where the candidate was educated.

The nurse practice act for CRNAs and CNSs was also amended to include the APRN title and to clarify the licensing of CRNAs. This legislation was approved by the legislature and was signed by the Governor. This was an important step forward in the effort for uniformity of the licensing of APRNs consistent with national standards.

Why is consent important? Well, let's talk about the absence of consent. The absence of consent of Congress for a power that states have the authority to use the compact to govern does not mean that a compact is unenforceable. Just because the Compact Clause of the Constitution requires some compacts to have consent, even if consent is not needed or not required, it remains a contract between the states.
