    The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide an organization through which boards of nursing act and counsel together on matters of common interest and concern affecting the public health, safety and welfare, including the development of licensing examinations in nursing. Incorporating input from NCSBN members and many external stakeholders, implementation of the plan involved collaborative efforts by educators, practice organizations, employers and regulators.     And she asks, if students have concern about online proctoring, how are you addressing test security concerns? - That is an excellent question, Sarah. And, you know, we are still using it for that very reason. And, you know, the reality that sort of counterpoint on this, of course, is when you go take your boards, when you go take your NCLEX or your pre-licensure, you will be in a proctored environment. It is no different than that. What the other side of that is that there are other ways to demonstrate mastery of content aside from multiple choice examinations. And so I agree wholeheartedly that if you're using a multiple choice examination, there has to be some degree of test security.
