So, our communication plan, the video I showed is our first draft. It needs a little work, but I wanted to share that with you today so you could see an overview of this role. We do plan to send that out to all nurses in the state and we're going to put it on our social media. We're going to share it with every chief nursing officer in the hospital association. And we're going to roll out just-in-time training related to all of that and create talking points on social media. I have also been invited to start a round-robin to all the hospitals in the state.
