I'm in practice and have been over the last several years directly connected to the nursing community in that a huge portion of my patients are nurses to the point where I run four psychotherapy groups a week with eight nurses in them each. So, I'm seeing about 32 nurses in the groups and then additionally here and there individually.

I don't think they need to understand all the nuances of algorithms, I think they do need to trust it though. I'll give you an example. I'm a cardiologist and I still practice and I have patients with a pacemaker. I don't understand all the engineering aspects of a pacemaker per se, but I do trust it in terms of the fact that I can program it any way I like to and I can trust it, and I can pick up trouble based on my testing the pacemaker.
