And what I'll be showing you is how they're also in hospitals and how that is changing practice and really enabling some exciting work. Of course, we know that's not how it works. You must go through the process. And again, it all drives back to what our mission is. It all drives back to why we exist, making sure that we license individuals who will be able to practice safely and competently and making sure that we're not issuing licenses to individuals that shouldn't have one. Right now, Mark can probably attest to the fact that we have one particular student trying to obtain licensure through NCLEX based on her education through the Philippines.

So, you know, sometimes you're going to make decisions like, yeah, you've got experience doing this, but man, this is just an extreme practice issue. I want my nurse investigator on that. So, it's not a slight, it's just who's more powerful in that investigation, you know. And so it's just really nice to have a well-rounded team. And don't be afraid to hire back. So to help her, my dad built this whole obstacle course in our backyard that she would have to do for this physical fitness test, including building a wall that was seven feet, four inches tall. He actually built it an inch taller without even telling her. So she could practice. And I remember the first time she got to…tried to get over that wall, and she got her foot about a foot high and just fell off into the dirt. And I thought, oh, this is done. It's not going to…no way she can ever get over this thing. But she picked herself up.
