    The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide an organization through which boards of nursing act and counsel together on matters of common interest and concern affecting the public health, safety and welfare, including the development of licensing examinations in nursing. Maureen Bentz Area II Member, North Dakota 2024-2026 Maureen Bentz, commonly known as “Moe” is the Director of Administrative Services and Licensing at the North Dakota Board of Nursing. Moe graduated from the ICRS Advanced Leadership Institute with its inaugural class in 2022 and was recognized with the North Dakota Board of Nursing in accepting the 2022 Regulatory Achievement Award. Shannon McKinney Area III Member, Arkansas 2025-2027 Shannon McKinney is the Assistant Director for Advanced Practice at the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. She is a graduate of the 2024 ICRS Advanced Leadership Institute and has served on the Arkansas Maternal Mortality Review Committee as well as within hospital leadership and management positions.
