    I will now turn it back over to Tammy. - Thank you, Jenny. Although we are a new committee, we have been very busy meeting and reviewing prior NLC-related research. At our first meeting in December of 2020, the committee reviewed data obtained from the 2014 NCSBN National Compact Survey, which had the objective of collecting and evaluating data about the NLC from nurses, boards of nursing, and nurse employers. With assistance from NLC Director Jim Puente, committee members engaged in a brainstorm session to generate ideas related to NLC research data needs, and questions for future survey use.
