Notifications display at the bottom of the License Information panel of the ORBS License Verification Portal and can be manually retracted by the Portal User, with the arrow option, as seen above.

This resulted in the publication of an analysis of the occupational licensure literature that highlighted a number of strengths and weaknesses that needed to be addressed. His work along with the CEOs of Federation of State Medical Boards and NCSBN led to the development of the Tri-Regulator Collaborative and the subsequent biennial Tri-Regulator Conference, an idea that has been mirrored in a number of states across the nation.

He was the first Executive Director of the White House Office of Consumer Affairs in the mid-1960s, served as Director of the Bureau of Labor Standards, and Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Labor. David also received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence.
