    It is especially important to note that this study assumes that program completion is in and of itself a good outcome that is highly correlated with successful return to practice by nurses. The PHP programs, because it was monitored by physicians, could close the loop. They had that final step of information of who the physicians were and what happened, whether or not they completed practice. We didn't have that information. So we're relying on program completion, kind of being a proxy for a good outcome. And most researchers have said that's a safe assumption.
