Recommendations for Consideration: The Finance Committee recommended that the Board accept the financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2024. Investments The Committee met with the investment consultant from Mariner. The investment consultant presented a report on the performance of the NCSBN investment portfolio. Returns for the NCSBN investment portfolio for the first six months of the fiscal year totaled $31.5 million. Asset allocation valuations were within investment policy ranges. Calendar year 2024 opened with strong results in domestic and international equity markets, continuing what was a robust 2023.
