So make sure that your attorneys know, "Hey, I gathered these statements. This is the nurse that wrote this statement. This is the nurse that could tell you this." Educate your attorneys as well as the facility leadership. - And as Meredith stated, it's so important as an investigator to at least know the basic information about the type of programs for nurses in recovery, nurses experiencing substance use disorder that your board offers, and be able to at least provide some information to facility leadership about those. You know, I hear all the time when I'm, you know, interviewing the complainant, you know, a nurse manager who had to report one of her staff, who'd been there for 15 years, who had a close relationship with the licensee, "This is so sad.

One of the things that I like to mention also is I come from a big family, and two of my sisters, I have three sisters, one is a nurse and her name is Clytaemnastra Legato, which is Greek and Italian, and one of them is a dietitian. Her name is Threnodiez Crescendo, which I think means slow breakfast or something. So we are sort of a regulatory family. I think that I have you for 60 minutes. So look at the person next to you. This information will be good. I'm serious. I've had people who really pass out from information overload. Look at the person to the left and the right of you, okay? That's the person that's going to take you out if you pass out because we got to get through this information.

Conclusions and Implications Checking the response time of test takers for possible aber- rant behaviors is made possible by administering the test on the computer (van der Linden & Guo, 2008). As argued in this article, item preknowledge can be a key component of the information related to the validity of the inferences from test results. We used a response-time model proposed by van der Linden (2006) to address two research questions: (1) To what extent do examinees have item preknowledge in two 6 C© 2016 by the National Council on Measurement in Education Educational Measurement: Issues and Practice FIGURE 3.

Take, for example, some of these examples, the idea of compliance checks on CME, adjudication of technical violations, the ability to assess and connect patient complaints with patterns of deviation from the standard of care. We can make this future that gives our boards essential information to act quickly and intervene. One of the things the FSMB has done is run a series of natural language processing algorithms over our board orders to find out how boards regulate, how they're drafting up their orders, and how we're getting this information about timeliness complaints, patterns, and behavior.

So again, these are a couple papers, this is an Open Access paper, we did. Actually comes off of these conferences that Mark has helped organize with me. But we've put this together. And we wanted to create a series of ways that health IT could really help. So one is tools that assist in information gathering. So what about instead of overlooking family history, there should be automatic ways that that's collected and updated online. So I don't even have to think about it or do it or take time out of my visit. Cognitive facilitation by enhanced organization and information display, so abnormal results ought to stand out in red in the flow sheets.
