And then if they're still interested in coming to that higher acuity practice, they can, and they'll be better equipped to be successful there. So, I really like how it's helped us with that retention piece. I think too that nurses feel supported when they get that structured feedback about how their brain is working, how many of our new kids grew up with social media and when they post something, it's a success if they get a like. It's a success if they get that positive reinforcement. And using this rubric forces a preceptor to give more positive reinforcement. It helps positively reinforce the behaviors and the attitudes that are helping that learner be successful over time.

    - I was just thinking that if all the folks here in this meeting would anxiously wait for that report and then tell somebody else about it when it comes out, that that would be a great way to kick it off. There's nothing like the word of mouth and the excitement that goes with that. I know that the internet and the social media is wonderful, I guess. But there is still nothing like hearing from a colleague that you treasure, their excitement when they say, "This is happening. Have we thought about this? What do you think about it? You've got to read it." So we need all of us here to take it back to our own shops.
