    The Board of Directors is involved with the ongoing review of reports that include reports from Pearson VUE on domestic and international NCLEX testing results. The Board of Directors conducted a periodic review of the policies around testing. And of course, we have followed with great interest the impact of the NGN, as I know you all have as well. NCSBN is a leader among other disciplines and worldwide in the area of examinations. This year, we saw the appointment of a new chief of examinations, and we have considered decision points along the way related to remote proctoring.

    And the standard should be revisited when the test specifications, scope of practice, education programs, and other factors change. That's why, every time, when we change our test plan, when we change some scope of practice, we need to re-evaluate our standard. And I can imagine that when the NGN comes, there's a big piece about standard setting. So, we are not even that far yet.
