However, compared with 2020, a larger per- centage of programs reported using more in-person simulation with mandated social distancing (n = 234 [57.9%] versus with- out mandated social distancing [n = 170 [42.1%]). Nursing programs were asked whether grading criteria were modified during the pandemic (Table 6). In 2020, one-fifth (n = 152 [19%]) of the programs reported changing their grad- ing criteria, which included modifications such as using pass/ fail grading and allowing multiple opportunities for testing.

And you'll get a snippet of that in our upcoming video. We had our HVAC systems replaced. Again, we rethought the workplace design. This included workplace stations, workstations, conference rooms, the kitchen, the break rooms, all to conform to the social distance requirements. The Safe Returning to Work Playbook identified all of those new cleaning and social distance procedures, identified the COVID-19 policies and procedures. It became our blueprint to navigate through all of the uncertainties.

And we actually generated a new narrative, so that when the media phones up or the governor phones up, you've actually got a retort that you can offer in response to that. It has also shaped the strategic initiatives that we are currently pursuing. And I want to thank many of you who have given your time to participate in that, but the objective that I'm working on is objective one, which looks at developing an accreditation system.
