So we want to be ready. We want to have promotional videos. We want to have FAQs. We want to have flyers. We want to have the kinds of things where, if somebody comes to you, you can send them to what we've got or you can give them what we've got so you're not starting from scratch, reinventing the wheel. But also, I heard in one of the sessions, sometimes the best approach there is prevention.

The committee drafted supplemental guidance for the state boards of nursing (BON) regarding the new 60‐day rule. The committee will complete charge #5 and draft regulatory FAQs for charges #3, #4, #7, and #8. 7. Compliance Committee Report Chair C. Moody recognized L. Scheidt for her past committee efforts and introduced new Vice Chair M. Hanson. The committee is charged with developing a best practice for the number of days recommended for a home state to begin an investigation on a MSL holder with Privilege to 6 Practice discipline.

She states that Mississippi uses an AI chatbot for our website. It's called MS Bot, and it analyzes the users question and sends a response based on FAQs and back-end information submitted by staff. - Yeah, we had a presentation on a phone system like that a few weeks ago, which we all were ready to sign up for. And that sounds like really interesting to technology. And they can, you know, of course, develop that the way you need it to be done.

We can...it's basically the same thing I just showed you, so...if you go back, you can have a look at it and so. So, where do you all start if you wanted to take advantage of this? I went out and looked at several of your websites and found that many of you have FAQs out there. That would be a great place to start. Getting it imported into this technology is not as hard as you would think. The database thing, that was very hard, but the other part isn't nearly as tough. So where are some other areas that we can expand this?
