    We see that our regular traditional items, it may offer some information from a scenario standpoint, but probably not to the degree that a clinical judgment item does. When you consider clinical judgment is asking the candidate to process information possibly in one of six steps versus a traditional NCLEX item is essentially presenting information and asking about this particular point in time, whereas clinical judgment items are usually more progressive. - Nicole, thank you.

This two-part diagram will provide a visual explanation of the NCLEX score transfer process.
