Here are some of the accomplishments for this year. We've reviewed the policies, we've considered feedback from the NCLEX program surveys, we've reviewed candidate appeals. Our committee is actually the last step in the review process when a candidate files an appeal regarding the NCLEX exam. And we conducted a final review of NCLEX items. Also, we have approved the LPN/VN Practice Analysis Survey Report that included activity and knowledge statements.

The item selection algorithms do not adjust content coverage based on how candidate performs on a specific content area. And instead, it ensures that the required distribution of content is maintained throughout the exam while still adapting item difficulty to match the candidate's ability.
