    But they did...the nurses believed they had some authority from the physician to do these things, and often we disagreed with that. We also put out a lot of alerts to nurses in general. This is a pattern. This is a trend. These are the numbers of actions the board has taken. We put it in social media, both on Twitter and Facebook, but we also put it in our newsletter, and we put an article on our website to alert nurses. And we did more than one article for the newsletter. So we kept that on the front page for them for a while so they would understand the seriousness of it.
