Exam data is encrypted and transferred electronically to your nursing regulatory body. Please refrain from asking the TA about exam content and/or results. If you have questions about the examination, please contact NCSBN at info@ncsbn.org. 11 THE DAY OF THE EXAM The staff members at each test center follow designated procedures to ensure that the operation of the test center meets NCSBN criteria for standardized testing. The following are procedures that will be adhered to when you arrive at the test center for your NCLEX appointment. CHECK-IN PROCESS Plan to arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes before your scheduled testing time.

Those NRBs will request candidates to follow their specific procedures for scores transferring. Candidates will need to contact the NRBs directly for their requirements. When the desired NRB provides NCSBN with their decision, if approved, NCSBN will send the candidate's NCLEX result to their desired NRB and work with Pearson VUE, our test administrator. Pearson VUE will then update their NCLEX administration records accordingly. If denied, NCSBN will notify the original NRB of the desired NRB's decision, and the score transfer request is canceled then.
