This phenomenon creates a complex dynamic as the entry-level nurse develops into their new roles, necessitating an effective strategy to improve clinical judgment behaviors. Several studies note that using simulation in the entry-level nurses' transition to practice period results in entry-level nurses' increased clinical judgment behaviors and positively impacting client safety. Using the data from several NCLEX practice analysis studies, we're able to create a snapshot of the current entry-level nurse. The information on this slide is probably not surprising.
