    It could be any various setting, but the resources within each setting are different. So, you will not have the same resources to care for a client in a long-term care facility as you would as if they were an inpatient or coming in through the ED. And all of that plays a part in our daily care, as well as any client demographics within the medical record, history, cultural considerations, all of those things are also involved in clinical judgment and decision-making and affect the care of the client.
