    For our second one, actively monitoring board case volume, investigator workload, and case complexity is absolutely critical to ensuring the efficient management of cases brought against nurses, and when possible, the efficient and safe return of nurses to practice. This analysis, we believe, does establish several meaningful reference points that can inform proactive monitoring and triage future cases. But it's really critical that each board, as able, identify an individual, be it, you know, a director of investigations, that's really tasked with this responsibility to build in best practices.
