And if it is not selected, the exam will then follow the content area distribution selection, just as it does today. Note that this percentage like the content balancing blueprint percentages could change based on results from the current practice analysis being evaluated. Additionally like today, we will continue to be 15 unscored pre-test items that will be embedded within the minimum length exam. For the NCLEX exam, we use test plans as the blueprint for all exams. The test plan provides the summary of the content and the scope of the licensure examination. And no matter how many items you have in your exam, your exam meets the specified percentages of the test plan. What's on the slide is a RN test plan. This is the PN test plan. Both the RN and the PN test plans are available on the NCSBN website. If you want to know how the test plan is proposed, please watch the presentation recording for practice analysis and NCLEX test plans. Now we know that the test difficulty and the test lengths can be customized to your ability.

Yet what remains less clear is how telehealth, if at all, is utilized to deliver care across international borders. It's also hard to say how providers and companies ensure regulatory compliance for international care. To address these aims, we conducted a multistage, mixed-methods observational study. First, we conducted a document analysis in which the team reviewed a sample of 32 nursing telehealth job advertisements from 25 different employers that were posted between May 2021 and February 2022. These job listings were analyzed systematically with targeted searches for references to licensure or registration, education, and certification requirements, as well as discussion of discipline, clinical practice details, work setting, and descriptions of select soft skills.
