Zickafoose reported that the revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the NLC and NCSBN became effective on Oct. 1, 2024. The purpose of the revision was to make the MOU current for the future. J. Puente now reports to the NCSBN CEO P. Dickison. The $50k secretariat fee was removed at the CEO’s suggestion.
