The nurse practice act for CRNAs and CNSs was also amended to include the APRN title and to clarify the licensing of CRNAs. This legislation was approved by the legislature and was signed by the Governor. This was an important step forward in the effort for uniformity of the licensing of APRNs consistent with national standards.

I mean, it just went on and on. It was hard to get all on one page. Failure to comply with state or local rules, the unfit or incompetent due to the use of alcohol, was addicted to the use of habit-forming drugs, practicing while impaired by a mood-altering drug or substance. I mean, just a lot. I don't know that everybody would have charged this nurse with all of this, but it's definitely an all-or-nothing sort of.

And in some cases, we're getting pressured to use AI. If you're a CISO or a security leader, you're probably under pressure from the board of directors or from the market to adopt AI in different capacities as quickly as you can. If you're an IT leader, you're already stretched to your limit trying to manage all the technology, and tools, and processes that are out there.
