    The NRBs receive a final report of their state’s data, with asterisks by those programs that don’t fully meet certain key evidence- based quality indicators. Armed with the Annual Report data, the NRBs and programs can work together to identify needed improvements before NCLEX® Examination pass rates and other outcomes fall below standards. NCLEX pass rates are lagging indicators, meaning that they don’t begin to fall until other key quality indicators have not been met. Annually, NCSBN will disseminate a report of the aggregate data, which the NRBs can compare to their programs’ data.

And of course, they were not really excited about waiting until we could do an in-person visit, which we did not know when that could occur. And then, also the surveys for the below minimum standard performance on NCLEX or any other non-compliance issues. And then finally, there was the executive orders from the governor.
