We're going to expect you to answer what exactly you're doing and submit spreadsheets and data to us to help analyze what is actually going on with telehealth. And this program specifically notes in the NOFO, "Be prepared. Allocate money for researchers because HRSA is going to ask you." We also have two research centers at Iowa and Arkansas, which are specializing not only in helping us analyze our network grant programs but doing a lot of other research in telehealth fields. And we have two centers of excellence, and these things are really cool, one at Mississippi, one at South Carolina.

And again, this is simply a checklist, and as Jim mentioned, will be available online in a PDF fillable format so that you and your team can literally go through one by one and say, "Check, check, check. Oops, there's an oops. What do we need to do? What do we need to put in place? How are we going to put it in place?" And for those of you who tested this tool, and again, kudos to my colleagues in Vermont, Arkansas, and Wyoming, because they were our test takers, if you will, but they helped us a tremendous amount. So under the core elements, again, you're going to have a checklist of statutory requirements. You're going to have citations, which are included for reference, excuse me.
