We have an Education Consultant coach program, so let me know if you’d be interested in that. I have developed some guidelines for the program, but generally each new consultant and coach can make it into what works for them. I ask for you and your coach to connect at least once a month, either on the phone or by email. If you'll both be at either Delegate Assembly or Midyear, it is nice to meet. Once you have established this relationship, you will have someone to contact when you have questions and concerns. A coach/protégé relationship can be a wonderful experience, and I hope that you’ll take advantage of this opportunity.
