One jurisdiction added indepen- dent prescribing and practice to one of the roles and another changed from supervised to collaborative practice and prescribing.     So far we have met three times and we are in the Model Act currently working through that first and working, at this point, working up to Article 10 of the Model Act. We have met with a panel of LPN stakeholders at this point who spoke to us about current education of LPNs and long-term care practice as we begin to look at the LPN scope of practice in our work and what changes if any we should make to the Model law and rules in this area. We are utilizing the resources of FARB and CLEAR and CAC as well as NCSBN's resources, of course, as we do this work.

    So we did revoke a number of people all their licenses. For some, we revoked their APRN license, but let them practice RNs. And they had to come back and show that they'd done appropriate amounts of education, and they took responsibility for their conduct, and we're remorseful, and all the things that you would think are important to consider.
