Travel Waivers
NCSBN provides funding of NCSBN Members to support member board participation in the Annual and Midyear Meetings.
- U.S. Members: Eligible for two (2) waivers per meeting to send board representatives.
- Exam User Members: Eligible for one (1) waiver per meeting to send board representatives.
Travel Waivers fund registration, transportation, lodging, and meals, as outlined in .
NCSBN will announce submission details when the Annual Meeting or Midyear Meeting Registration opens.
NCSBN Conference Resource Fund
Contingent on funding availability, NCSBN may offer financial assistance to member boards and exam user members for NCSBN-hosted meetings or conferences.
This fund may cover registration, transportation, lodging, and reasonable travel expenses, up to $5,000 per member board per meeting/conference, as outlined in

Waivers for NCSBN Major Meetings - Policy 5.8
NCSBN provides waivers for individuals serving in volunteer committee positions so they can conduct business on behalf of NCSBN at the Annual Meeting, Midyear Meeting, or Special Meetings as determined by the Board of Directors.
These waivers fund registration, transportation, lodging, and meals, as outlined in
