Returns for the NCSBN investment portfolio totaled $21.5 million in FY-23, recovering some of the losses ($38.3 million) in FY-22. While overall investment returns were positive for the fiscal year, valuations declined during the last quarter of FY-23. Equity markets have struggled to maintain their recovery from the previous year’s downturn.
